SHIPPING POLICY

Australia post is our shipping carrier.

Our processing time for all orders (in stock) is the next business day. If you have placed an order for a pre-order item, the entire order will be processed once all items are ready for dispatch. If you do not wish to wait, please create two separate orders.

The general guide to the shipping times are as follows:

* Please be mindful that these times may vary during sale periods, peak season and due to COVID-19.

AUSTRALIA:

• Regular; 3-5 business days*
• Express; 1 business day*

OTHER COUNTRIES:

• Regular; 14-24 days*
• Express 7-10 days*

Periwinkle Beauty is not liable for wrong address in the invoice. 

In the event if the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Periwinkle Beauty will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.
