Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to the nature of the products. For example, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Allergies and Adverse Reactions
We will not accept returns due to allergic reactions to products. You are responsible for understanding all the ingredients lists prior to purchasing. It is highly recommended that you perform a patch test prior to using a new skincare product for the first time. This can be done by placing a small amount of the product onto the skin of the inner elbow and observing for any skin irritation after 24 hours have passed. If there is no noticeable irritation, then place a small amount onto the skin under the ear and observe again after 24 hours. If no reaction is seen after both patch tests, then proceed to using the product on the face. Always introduce one new product at a time into your skincare regime, so that if any adverse effects occur, you can easily pinpoint which product caused it.
